3D Scanning

How does it work?

  • 1. Scan

    • We start off by doing a raw scan of the part.
    • Black and shiny parts will require scanning spray to help the scanner see the surfaces.

  • 2. Processing

    • Every scan requires processing. We include simple processing operations free with our scan service.

    • For more complex processing such as filling holes in a part or modifying the scan file, we charge for the time. Please get in touch.

  • 3. Print

    We bring the scan to life through 3D printing. Whether this is a mirrored part, resized part or modified.
