
LS Water Manifold

Steve over at StealthRide had a bit of a challenge on his LS powered S14/15 drift car. The radiator and waterpump now live in the boot of the car rednering the factory LS water manifold useless. We scanned the area on the engine and started modelling.
Considerations had to be made more serviceability, coolant bleeding as well as clearance to nearby components. One of the biggest challenges was to accomodate the two AN adaptor fittings while still keeping the manifold accessible.
Two (maybe three) printed prototypes later and we had a final design that was sent off to the machine shop for manufacture. A very useful tool for rapid prototyping.
